Hi, I'm so pleased you're here....

I'm Donna, a Virtual Assistant based in Bristol, UK.

 

With over 25 years of experience in business admin and finance, I have worked in a range of industries from aeronautical to construction and healthcare. More recently, though, I have run my own wedding cake design business, so â€‹I know exactly how it feels to wear all the hats.

When you run a small business, you quickly become the marketer, administrator, bookkeeper, customer service team, and everything in between. It can feel never-ending at times, and before you know it, the to-do list takes over, and switching at the end of the day can become difficult. I know just how much time, energy, and heart go into building a business, but I also know you shouldn’t have to manage it all alone.

When I made the decision to close my cake business, I realised that becoming a Virtual Assistant was the perfect next step. With my years of corporate experience, combined with the skills I developed while running my own small business, it felt like a natural transition and the perfect alignment of my experience and strengths.

I'm here to help take some of that weight off your shoulders. Whether you need help getting your files in order, your receipts organised and filed, research work completed, or you just need an extra pair of helping hands to get back on top of things, let me help you to reduce the to-do list and keep things running smoothly so you can regain focus and work on growing your business.

Before anything else, I take the time to understand your business, values, goals and they way that you like to work. This helps me to tailor my support to fit you, not the other way around

I'm all about open, friendly and honest communication. Whether you prefer email, Whatsapp or a quick Zoom check in, we'll find the platform that works for both of us

3. Respecting your brand values

Your business is your pride and joy, and I treat it with the same level of care and respect. I'll take the time to learn your voice, style and systems so everthing remains true to your brand

4. Making delegation easy

I know handing things over can feel scary, especially for the first time, so I'll guide you through the process. I'll suggest tools or workflows to simplify things and check in regularly to make sure you are completely comfortable every step of the way

5. Flexible and reliable

Things change, especially in small businesses, but I am here to adapt as your needs shift and grow. Whether you need ongoing support, or just help during busy periods, together we will make it work.
